Personal Transition through Life Coaching/or how the Journey Unfolds

Today is absolutely beautiful. Driving home from town with the top down on the Mini Cooper, I could not help but notice how deep blue the sky was. The color was as pure as I have ever remembered seeing it. The clouds were light and airy – true to the word billowy. The sun was golden and warm, the breeze refreshing. The smell of fresh cut grass wafted through the air as I passed fields that were home to horses, cattle, lamas, and in one place a potbellied pig. Yes indeed, a perfect day to rejoice in. My emotions were a mixture of gratitude and humbleness as I reminded myself, “this is truly living in the moment.” I was at peace and spiritually connected to all of the universe. Is Life Coaching Worth the Money and the Monday morning blahs

Today when I awoke, I started the day as usual by taking an early morning walk on the farm with two Irish Wolfhounds, Molly & Morgan & one gratefully rescued greyhound, Zephyr. (You may have heard about them in another posting). Breathing in the hot summer air, I was noticably aware of how wonderful summer smells. Fresh cut hay, wild flowers, mowed grass…. all things I love and I was filled with much gratitude. However on my way back to the house my thoughts and energy changed. Read the rest of this entry »
